The full payment of all the bookings has to be done at the latest on 10th of June.

After this date, you can still cancel your booking with a full refund until the 30th of June.

Cancellation fines:

• If you cancel your booking in week 27/28 (2025) → the fine will be 20% of your payment.

• If you cancel your booking in week 29/30 (2025) → the fine will be 30% of your payment.

• If you cancel your booking in week 31 (2025) → the fine will be 40% of your payment.

• If you cancel your booking in week 32 (2025) → the fine will be 50% of your payment.

• If you cancel your booking in week 33 (2025) → the fine will be 60% of your payment.

• If you cancel your booking in week 34 (2025) → the fine will be 70% of your payment.

• If you cancel your booking in week 35 (2025) → there will be no refund.

All cancellation fines apply only to hotel bookings, not to the entry fee (€45) for the tournaments, which will be fully refunded.

All cancellation refunds will be paid 2 weeks after the tournament has ended.
